• Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Process: To start a return, please contact us at shophoneythreadss@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll issue a store credit for the full purchase amount.

  • Use: Store credits can be used on any future purchase.

  • Note: Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
